特性：
1、機(jī)器包括四個(gè)部分：清洗機(jī)→干燥隧道→消毒隧道→干燥系統(tǒng)
2、隧道式全自動(dòng)洗瓶干燥機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)是依據(jù)通過潔凈空氣使得安瓿和瓶子達(dá)到Class100以內(nèi)的高清潔度Class100，完全符合GMP要求，,同時(shí)我們提供IQ及OQ相關(guān)文件。
3、隧道式全自動(dòng)洗瓶干燥機(jī)包括三室,首先預(yù)熱室、中間加熱室,最后冷卻區(qū)。同時(shí),控制系統(tǒng)使用硅控整流器模塊,使加熱室溫度熱導(dǎo)出氣孔非常均勻,所有風(fēng)機(jī)和輸送速度可控,可按客戶需求定制。

Application:
1. The machines consist of four main modules: Washing machine→Drying Tunnel→Sterilizing Tunnel→Cooling System
2. The laminar flow tunnel drying sterilizer are designed to sterile bacterial and depyrogenate the ampoules and vials by clean air in clsss 100, the machine comply with cGMP regulation ,meantime we offer IQ &OQ relevant documents.
3. This tunnel construction consists of three chambers, first is bottle inlet preheating section, middle is high temperature heating section, finally is cooling section. Meantime, the control system is use silicone control rectifier (SCR) module, to make heating chamber temperature heat distribtion very uniformity, and all blower and conveyor speed uses frequency inverter to control which is easy to adjust depend on different requirement.
4. This machine structure all designed by proof high temperature material, high temperature and high efficiency.
5. HEPA filter to ensure the products decontamination, meanwhile, completely structure and control system protection and message, refer to troubleshooting will easy maintenance.
清洗機(jī)：
1、傳送帶循環(huán)傳送瓶子
2、超聲清洗
3、清潔和處理部分向前運(yùn)動(dòng),分成不同的區(qū)域，各站內(nèi)外處理
4、適合清洗和處理不同媒介，以及適合內(nèi)部硅化處理
5、明確分離輸出輸入部分使得符合GMP要求
6、可以直接連接到干燥或消毒隧道,或者可以作為獨(dú)立單元進(jìn)行操作
Washing Machine:
Feed station with table a broad loop-linked conveyor belt transports the vials or bottles Ultrasonic washing Cleaning and treating part with indexed forward motion, split up into various zones and respective stations for inside and outside sprays/ treating Suitable for the most different cleaning and treating media as well as for inside siliconizing The clear-cut separation of in feed and out feed sides makes them according to the GMP regulations Without problem they can be directly connected to a drying or sterilizing tunnel, or they can work as independent units.
干燥隧道/消毒隧道：
1、一般工作溫度為260℃，最高工作溫度為320℃。
2、高效空氣過濾器效率(DOP測(cè)試99.97%)
3、根據(jù)輻射規(guī)則，干燥和滅菌最大的優(yōu)勢(shì)是安全及經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行。
Drying Tunnel/ Sterilizing Tunnel:
The general temperature is 260℃（operation）maximum operating temperature is 320℃. HEPA filter efficiency is (DOP test 99.97%) The drying and sterilizing according to the radiation principle offer the advantage of greatest functional safety and economic operation.
冷卻系統(tǒng)：
1、冷卻空氣通過高效空氣過濾器（HEPA Filter）之前進(jìn)入工作區(qū)域
2、輸送機(jī)速度能匹配干燥墊圈和滅菌隧道。
Cooling System:
