機(jī)器結(jié)構(gòu)全部采用不銹鋼304、316L制造，完全符合GMP要求。 設(shè)備上門座采用矽膠材質(zhì)密封，關(guān)門時緊密封合，絕無蒸汽外泄之慮。 多種式滅菌動作流程。真空度、溫度、壓力及時間皆可自由設(shè)定，可依客戶需要指定更多種流程。 溫度自動控制器采用P.I.D自動演算，同時以LED顯示實際溫度值。 門設(shè)有互鎖裝置，以避免不同等級空氣造成污染。 六點(diǎn)式多功能記錄器裝置，可完整記錄滅菌中各點(diǎn)溫度分布及壓力情形，可依據(jù)體積大小另選購12點(diǎn)式溫度記錄器。 夾套內(nèi)以蒸汽加熱，保持溫度穩(wěn)定及做真空干燥用。 單門式或雙門貫通式設(shè)計，皆可供應(yīng)。 設(shè)有溫度確效孔，使QA人員能測滅菌鍋內(nèi)空載熱分布及滿載熱滲透F0值，可與電腦連線監(jiān)控（RS232）

Constuction:

1. The structure of the machine all take 304 stainless steel 316L and meets the requirement of GMP.
2. The upper door of the equipment takes silica gel to be sealed. When it’s closed, it’s sealed tightly without leakage.
3. Multiple sterilization movement flow : vacuum degree, temperature, pressure and time can be set freely. It can be modified by customer’s requirement.
4. Temperature automatic controller adopts PLD automatic calculation and displays actual temperature by LED.
5. The door is equipped with interlock device to avoid different level of air pollution.
6. Six point multiple function recorder can record the temperature of each point and the pressure condition. Twelve point temperature is operational according to the volume.
7. Heat the jacket by steam to keep the stability of temperature and for the use of the vacuum drying.

9. It has the temperature hole to let QA staff test layout of no-load inside the sterilization pot and the FO of full load. It can be connected with computer.(RS232 )

3、流程使用PLC控制，便于操作，可提供三個滅菌程序或根據(jù)客戶需求提供。
4、操作簡單安全，自動程序提供全面、安全的操控，以確保安全操作環(huán)境。
5、溫度記錄器可持續(xù)校對滅菌過程中的溫度。
6、選擇RS232可與計算機(jī)連接計算F0。

Control System:

1. The autoclave has a central control panel, which houses the programmable logic controller (PLC), signal conditioning units, safety circuits and general switchgear. The autoclave is controlled at all time by the PLC, which contains the operation programmers and recipe parameters for each sterilization cycle.
2. The panel use LCD touch screen control.
3. Program flow, use PLC control, for easy of operation and provide three sterilization programs or by customer specifications.
4. Simple& safe operation, the automatic programs provide with complete and safety control to ensure safe operation condition.
5. Temperature recorder for continuous checking of the sterilization process (6 points)
6. Option RS232 can conntect with computer direct to calculate F0. Following documentation is supplied with plants.
